Environmental Atlas - Climate Division Data
The Climate Division data section provides access to monthly average climate charts for each of the UMAC National Climatic Data Divisions. Click on a climate division to display a menu of links to the climate charts. Each chart compares the current year's values against a 30 year average climatology (1971-2000.)

For more usage information, see the How To Use section. Additional reference information is at the bottom of this page.

Climate Division Reference Information
The time-bias-corrected State Climate Division monthly average Temperature, Precipitation, Heating Degree Days and Cooling Degree Days are updated at the end of every month. Monthly averages within each Climate Division are calculated by giving equal weight to stations reporting both Temperature and Precipitation within a division. The data are also compared with the 30-year (1971-2000) average. Read more about the source data here.
